(Grade 9 & 10)
With an aim to create awareness about the significance of mental health, a virtual interactive session was conducted on 4th October 2021 . Parents and students of Grade-9&10 attended these sessions. Guest PGT (Psychology) Palak Batra dwelt at length on various crucial areas such as signs and warning of unhealthy mind and ways by which one can take care of mental health . Various slides were shown depicting the importance of mental health.
It was quite an interactive and enriching session for everyone.
