This is in reference to query raised by you related to the conduct of Annual Examination for Grades IX & XI for the session 2020-21.
The school authorities always work with the objective to provide optimum facilities to the students of the school. The school is affiliated to CBSE and is bound to follow the guidelines issued by CBSE from time to time, for the functioning of the school. The school is a ‘Law Abiding’ institute and does not believe in defiance of official instructions. The school maintains a balance to give all prerequisites to its students within the permissible norms.
Your request for the ‘ONLINE’ conduct of the Annual Examination for Grades IX and XI for the session 2020 -2021was given due consideration. However, a Circular No. CBSE/COORD/2021 dated 11.02.2021, from CBSE directs its affiliated schools to conduct ‘Offline’ exams.
In view of the above, it may not be possible for the school to change the decision, so the exams will be conducted ‘Offline’. However, the school understands the situation which the students are passing through. To help the students to work more on the subjects, the date sheet for the exams is rescheduled to accommodate more practice time during the exams. The new date sheet will be available soon.
