 Dear Parents,

The School always strive hard  to provide quality education even during testing times like Covid 19 and will continue the tradition even in the post pandemic phase too. It has always provided its resources for the utmost usage and the benefit of its students.

As the schools have been re opened for the students of Classes X & XII in compliance of the circulars & notifications issued by the Controller of Examinations, Central Board of Secondary Education,  & guidelines issued by the Directorate of Education, the time has come to empower our young generations for the forthcoming challenges especially the examination times. Considering this fact and to cater to the students’ psychological health, physical fitness and also to continue hands on experiential learning, the school has decided to open the classes for grades X & XII on a HYBRID mode where both online and offline Classes will be functioning for the students. The aim is to ensure that students are well prepared and face the examinations without any stress , strain, fear and hesitation.

In compliance of the aforementioned CBSE notifications and to conduct the activities pertaining to the pre board preparation and practical work, it has been decided to call the students of Classes 10th& 12th to the school with effect from 01st Feb 2021 on a regular basis from Monday to Friday. The timings for the students will be from 08:15 am to 01:30 pm. having two lunch breaks in between. The schedule of visiting or grouping of students as per the roll calls along with Bubble plan will be shared by the Class Teachers individually. The Standard Operating Procedure of the school {SOPs} will be followed as per the instructions from the competent authorities. However, sending the student to school completely depends upon the discretion of the parents. The students will be called in smaller groups (12 to 15 students in each classroom). Please make a note that the records of the students coming to the school will be maintained but the same would not be used for the attendance purpose.

The school assures that all precautionary measures will be taken to maintain the safety of the students. The complete detailed SOPS {attached} are shared for your perusal. As it is always said that no mission can be accomplished without the support of the co-partners i.e. Parents so we request you to kindly give your consent whether you allow your child to visit the school for the stated reason or not. Duly filled consent form counter signed by the parents should be submitted to the class teacher on the first day of student’s visit to school however a message expressing your consent can be shared with class teachers to begin the initial measures. Your prompt perusal is solicited.
