Dear Parent,

Greetings of the day

At the outset, as a school associate, extend thanks to you, for extending a supporting hand to accelerate the school functioning. In order to continue the school journey for upswing, the administrative norms should be well understood and adhered to, by one and all. One such factor is the clearance of school fee bill. The school is positive and empathetic in special circumstances, however not following the fee bill payment schedule, becomes non-compliance of the school rules.

To regulate the casual approach of delaying the fee payments by the parents late fee fine is proposed under the categories given below:

• Ten days from the last day: A reminder call.
• After Ten days till the last day of the month Rs.100 p.m.
• At the end of the quarter, if the bill is not cleared the name of the student will be struck off.

The student is eligible to seek readmission, after paying the full balance along with the readmission charges.
